Office Assistant (Police-Part Time)

Job Objective & Safety/Security Sensitive Designation

JOB OBJECTIVE: Provide clerical assistance to Police Department Training personnel.

Minimum Qualifications, Additional Requirements and Supervisory Responsibilities

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Answer phones
  2. Copy and file paperwork as necessary
  3. Prepare mail outs
  4. Data entry
  5. Other duties as assigned

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

Prior to any exposure to criminal justice information must obtain Criminal Justice Information System (CJIS) security and privacy certification and maintain the certification for the duration of employment in this position.
