Pay $38.20 - $57.30 per hour. Where You’ll Work Age-Friendly Unit, 28 beds, dedicated to geriatric patients 65+. Integrated team includes an Exercise Physiologist, a Geriatric Pharmacist, Geriatric APPs, and a Gerontologist. Care focuses on the 4Ms: Medicine, Mentation, Medication, Mobility. Expectations & Qualifications Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing. Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices. Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association. What You’ll Do Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process, ensuring safe and therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures. Use evidence-based practice, clinical decision-making, compassionate communication, and leadership to create the safest patient environment and best experience across the continuum.
