Precision Medicine Liaison - Minnesota/Iowa/Nebraska

AstraZeneca seeks a Precision Medicine Liaison to support companion diagnostics and biomarker testing strategies across Minnesota, Iowa, and Nebraska. The role involves building relationships with pathology and laboratory decision-makers, delivering technical education, and enabling appropriate molecular testing to support oncology treatment optimization.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop relationships with key pathology and molecular diagnostic decision-makers to gather market insights
- Deliver approved educational information on companion diagnostics, biomarkers, and testing quality assurance to laboratory and pathology groups
- Support field requests for biomarker education and testing process improvements across oncology accounts in assigned region
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather regional insights, execute pre- and post-launch strategies, and support quality improvement initiatives
- Serve as regional diagnostic expertise resource for oncology customers and support state government affairs efforts on biomarker legislation
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Four or more years of diagnostic and clinical testing market experience
- Consultative sales background with laboratory, life science, or pharmaceutical organizations
- Ability to communicate scientific content effectively to diverse audiences
- Demonstrated cross-functional project leadership and peer influence capabilities
- Willingness to travel as required by geography
- Current residency in Minnesota, Iowa, or Nebraska
