Our Values: Teamwork Transparency Proactive Problem-Solving Leadership Your Role: Experienced After-Hours Remote Rockstar What You’ll Do: Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and empathy Confidently use ServiceTitan to schedule appointments, manage calls, and document customer interactions Apply your customer service expertise to resolve concerns quickly and effectively Consistently secure booked appointments while maintaining a high-quality customer experience Achieve a booking conversation rate of 90% or above Thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced, remote-first environment Mentor newer team members by leading by example What We’re Looking For: 2+ years of CSR or call center experience (preferably in trades or service industries) Direct ServiceTitan experience required (Jobber/HouseCall Pro a plus) Outstanding verbal and written communication skills Proven ability to problem-solve and perform under pressure Tech-savvy and comfortable using tools like Slack, Trello, Dialpad, and email Team-first mindset with the ability to work independently After-Hours Open Hours:

M-F: 5 PM – 1 AM EST

Weekends: 8 AM – 1 AM EST Shifts are based on client demand, coverage, and employment laws & regulations.
