Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable and hands-on Restaurant Manager to oversee all daily operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining food quality standards, handling inventory, and assisting with kitchen and cleaning duties when needed. This is a leadership position for someone who is willing to work alongside the team and help wherever necessary.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
• Hire, train, supervise, and schedule employees.
• Ensure excellent customer service and resolve guest concerns professionally.
• Monitor food quality, cleanliness, and overall restaurant standards.
• Manage inventory, place supply orders, and control food and labor costs.
• Handle cash management, deposits, and daily sales reporting.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Assist with food preparation, order fulfillment, and kitchen operations during busy periods.
• Help with cleaning duties, including dishwashing, kitchen cleanup, and maintaining a clean dining area when needed.
• Maintain staffing levels and support team members in all areas of the restaurant.
• Work closely with ownership to improve efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant management or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in both customer-facing and kitchen environments.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Experience with inventory management and scheduling.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
