What Youll Do
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of trading partner associates.
- Build a culture of continuous improvement, high performance, and accountability within the team.
- Analyze current processes to identify inefficiencies in trading partner operations.
- Recommend and implement process improvements aligned with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and optimize trading partner relationships.
- Manage projects related to trading partner initiatives, ensuring timely execution and business alignment.
- Facilitate communication between teams to support project success and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Measure the effectiveness of process improvements and provide regular stakeholder updates.
What Were Looking For
- Bachelors degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in people management, coaching, or a related leadership role.
- 1-3 years of experience in business analysis, project management, or a related role.
- 0-2 years of experience in trading partner management or healthcare operations.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills with a proven ability to develop and motivate teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience translating business requirements into solutions and collaborating across business lines.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using reporting and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Visio, Sigma, Tableau).
- Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma or similar process improvement methodologies.
- Familiarity with payer systems and enrollment processes is a plus.
