What Youll Do
- Lead cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution and adoption.
- Translate strategic objectives into clear plans, milestones, and measurable outcomes.
- Establish and manage operating processes such as goal setting and business reviews.
- Coordinate across teams to manage dependencies, resolve issues, and maintain progress.
- Design and implement processes, tools, and frameworks to improve efficiency and consistency.
- Develop reporting and dashboards to track performance and support data-informed decisions.
- Identify risks, gaps, and process improvement opportunities and implement solutions.
- Utilize AI-enabled tools to support project tracking, analyze data trends, and streamline reporting.
What Were Looking For
- Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6-10+ years of experience in project management, operations, consulting, or a related field.
- Experience managing complex, cross-functional initiatives in a matrixed organization.
- Proven ability to translate strategy into actionable plans and deliver measurable outcomes.
- Experience establishing and managing operational processes (e.g., goal setting, planning).
- Ability to influence stakeholders and align priorities across multiple organizational levels.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data to inform decisions.
- Advanced spreadsheet skills; experience with analytics or reporting tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau) preferred.
- Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including preparing materials for senior stakeholders.
