Materials Handler

Our manufacturing client is seeking a Material Handler to receive, inspect, organize, and stage materials for production. This position requires strong attention to detail when working with complex part numbers, purchase orders, inventory, and custom fabrication components.

Key Responsibilities

• Unload and receive incoming freight.
• Verify materials against purchase orders for accuracy and quality.
• Enter deliveries into the system promptly.
• Pick, sort, stage, and deliver materials to production.
• Maintain inventory records, bin locations, and perform cycle counts.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment safely.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

Requirements

• Manufacturing, warehouse, receiving, or material-handling experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies.
• Ability to work with part numbers and inventory systems.
• Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry 50+ lbs. regularly.

Compensation

$22.00–$25.00/hour, based on experience and qualifications.
