Warehouse Material Handler – $18–$21/Hour Location: Salt Lake City, UT Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:0 AM–3:30 PM Pay: $18–$21/hour, based on experience Weekend: Occasional Saturday or Sunday as needed with a $2/hour shift differential Join a Fast-Paced Warehouse Team! Are you an experienced Warehouse Material Handler who enjoys staying busy, working with a team, and making sure everything runs smoothly? We’re looking for a dependable and motivated individual to join our warehouse team in Salt Lake City! As a Material Handler, you’ll play an important role in receiving, organizing, moving, and tracking inventory while helping maintain an efficient and safe warehouse environment. What You'll Do Receive and process incoming products using an RF Scanner and warehouse management system Verify the quantity and quality of incoming shipments Receive deliveries and returned merchandise according to company procedures Label pallets and cartons as needed Inspect incoming goods and report shortages or damaged products Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other warehouse equipment Move, load, unload, and properly store products Maintain accurate inventory and warehouse records Organize products and maintain clean, orderly storage areas Inspect warehouse areas for damage, deterioration, and safety concerns Meet daily productivity and performance goals Follow direction from the Warehouse Supervisor/Manager Support and encourage your teammates to create a positive, team-oriented work environment What We're Looking For 1–2 years of warehouse or related experience required High school diploma or equivalent Ability to speak and read English Experience with inventory, receiving, or warehouse management systems preferred Knowledge of safe handling and storage of cartons, boxes, and pallets Dependable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to successfully complete any required background investigation Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Frequent bending, reaching, and working with hands Ability to sit and work at a computer when needed Ability to work around occasional heat, cold, noise, dust, and dirt #J-18808-Ljbffr Smart Resources Group
