Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a Medical Surgical / Telemetry unit serving adult and geriatric populations
• Manage and monitor continuous IV drip therapies including cardizem, tridil, and amiodarone
• Maintain patient safety and quality care standards while managing a patient ratio of up to 1:6–7
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate and deliver evidence-based nursing care
• Complete required facility onboarding modules prior to assignment start

Required Qualifications

• Active Alabama RN license or Compact RN license valid in Alabama – must be in hand at time of submittal
• Minimum 1 year of Medical Surgical or Telemetry nursing experience
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications required
• Proficiency with IV drip management (cardizem, tridil, amiodarone)
• Candidate must reside more than 90 miles from the facility location

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience preferred; candidates with extensive clinical experience may be considered
• Experience working in large, high-volume healthcare settings
• Comfort managing higher patient ratios in a fast-paced environment
