Mid-Level (5 years+) Technical Project Manager

Location: Manassas, VA (Hybrid – onsite Tue/Wed/Thu, remote Mon/Fri) Duration: 12+ month contract with potential for full‑time conversion Target Pay Rate: $45-50/hr. Start Date: Early July Interview Process: Teams Overview Seeking a Technical Project Manager to support a high‑volume portfolio of enterprise IT initiatives across ERP, infrastructure, reporting, and business systems. This role requires strong multi‑project coordination, stakeholder communication, and the ability to operate in a fast‑paced, highly regulated environment. Core Responsibilities Manage multiple concurrent IT projects across ERP, reporting, infrastructure, and business applications Coordinate project plans, timelines, deliverables, risks, and dependencies Facilitate status reporting, issue tracking, and escalation management Partner with IT leadership, business teams, vendors, and PMO Drive project meetings, cross‑functional communication, and alignment Support initiatives within a Microsoft technology environment, including D365 Assist with portfolio prioritization and project coordination Ensure alignment to business objectives, timelines, and compliance standards Operate independently in a high‑volume delivery environment Required Qualifications 4+ years experience as a Technical Project Manager Experience managing multiple concurrent IT projects Strong project coordination, scheduling, and tracking experience Proven stakeholder communication and cross‑functional collaboration Experience working within Microsoft technology environments Exposure to ERP systems and enterprise applications Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑visibility environment Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow‑through Preferred Qualifications Experience in Life Sciences, Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, or regulated environments Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics AX / D365 Experience supporting infrastructure and reporting initiatives Experience working with or alongside a PMO Highly regulated environment with strong compliance and quality standards Complex ERP and enterprise application landscape Microsoft‑centric technology stack Cross‑functional collaboration across IT, business, and operations teams Key Environment Highly regulated environment with strong compliance and quality standards Complex ERP and enterprise application landscape Microsoft‑centric technology stack High‑volume project portfolio (30–40+ concurrent initiatives) Cross‑functional collaboration across IT, business, and operations teams TeamSoft is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
