Evaluate staff work performance and establish patient care priorities. Provide direct patient care, evaluate medical practices, and adjust treatment plans. Serve as subject matter expert to nursing staff, provide technical guidance, mentor APN's through coordination of care, and identify training needs. Responsible for nursing program compliance to commissioned board accountability, compile and analyze programmatic data in order to produce reports, correction plans, and audits. One (1) of specialized experience with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position.
