Senior Program Manager | Tech Resiliency (Contract | Hybrid - 3 days onsite) I’m currently hiring a Senior Program Manager to support a high-visibility CTO Tech Resiliency program with a leading financial institution. This is for someone who can: Bring order to complex, high-risk infrastructure programs Operate across multiple workstreams in a highly matrixed environment Keep programs aligned to governance, risk, and delivery standards without slowing momentum You’ll sit inside a PMO supporting enterprise-scale resiliency initiatives - where clarity, structure, and execution actually matter. What we’re looking for: 10+ years in program/project management (PMO experience is key) Strong infrastructure or enterprise tech program background Comfortable in Agile, Hybrid, and Waterfall environments Experience with tools like Clarity, Jira, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow Strong communicator who can simplify complexity fast worked in financial services or regulated environments .
