Maintenance Technician IIThe Maintenance Technician II is responsible for preserving the condition and functionality of ATC's business premises. This role will focus on scheduling repairs and preventative maintenance procedures.Primary Responsibilities:Inspects buildings, equipment, and systems to identify any issues.Maintains, troubleshoots, and repairs facilities mechanical components and electrical equipment and systems in accordance with SOPs (standard operating procedures), internal requirements, manufacturer's specifications, and safety policies.Records monthly inspection of documented building equipment and systems.Plans and schedules repairs.Performs general maintenance tasks including landscaping, painting, and carpentry.Maintains, and secures a spare parts inventory of basic maintenance hand and power tools.Cleans and repairs building fixtures including lights, locks, windows, doors, screens, walls, floors, gutters, and drains.Essential Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent qualificationCertificate in HVAC, building maintenance technology or relevant field is preferredA minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar roleAdvanced understanding of general maintenance procedures and techniquesGood verbal and written communication skillsOrganized individual with the ability to prioritize tasksEffective problem-solving abilitiesBasic computer knowledgePhysical Demands:Ability to frequently lift objects weighing up to and including 50 poundsAbility to frequently carry objects weighing up to and including 25 poundsAbility to push and/or pull objects weighing up to and including 50 poundsAbility to withstand exposure to extreme climate variations, exposure to heat and coldAbility to crawl, bend, kneel, climb and/or squatAbility to withstand prolonged periods sitting at a deskFrequent use of upper extremities to perform keyboard functions and work on a computerAbility to occasionally stand/walkEqual Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
