As a Residential Field Sales Representative, you'll help customers discover the benefits of WOW!'s industry-leading internet and technology services while building valuable sales, communication, and relationship-building skills that can accelerate your career.

Target compensation = $90,000

What You'll Do
Meet with potential customers in assigned territory and introduce them to products and services
Build relationships within local neighborhoods and communities
Educate customers on internet, broadband, and technology solutions
Participate in community events and local outreach activities
Achieve and exceed sales goals while delivering an exceptional customer experience
Maintain accurate customer and sales activity records
Partner with sales leaders and teammates to continuously improve and grow

Previous sales experience is helpful but not required. We welcome candidates from retail, hospitality, customer service, athletics, recent college graduates, and other customer-facing backgrounds.
Working Environment
Work outdoors and within local neighborhoods in varying weather conditions
Drive throughout your assigned territory
Regularly walk, stand, and interact with customers
Use company technology to manage customer interactions and sales activities
Availability to work evenings and occasional weekends when customers are most available
