• Assist customers in selecting parts and accessories that meet their needs and preferences.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of product features, applications, and compatibility.
• Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately.
• Manage inventory, restock shelves, and keep the sales area organized and presentable.
• Collaborate with service technicians and other departments to ensure timely fulfillment of parts orders.
• Provide expert advice and recommendations to customers to enhance their overall experience.
• Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide excellent after-sales support.
• Contribute to achieving sales targets and store objectives.

• Previous sales experience, preferably in powersports, automotive, or related industries.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical parts and accessories is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and customer-focused.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to work flexible hours as needed.
