Job Description

Join Fondy Powersports as a Sales Associate in our Fond du Lac, WI location. In this role, you will be the face of our company, engaging with customers to understand their needs and helping them find the perfect powersports products to suit their lifestyle. Your passion for sales and customer service will drive successful transactions and foster long-lasting relationships with our clients.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Understand and communicate product features, benefits, and pricing effectively.
Help customers select products that best fit their needs and preferences.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of inventory and promotions.
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed sales targets.

Requirements

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-focused attitude with a passion for sales.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer skills for sales processing and record keeping.
Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus.
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
