Deputy Manager -Technical Services## About the Role**Overview :**Demonstrate suitable construction products for customers, proactive sampling, speedy complaint resolution, maintaining RCA & Product Application training for customers, maintain customer activity calendar.**Roles & Responsibilities :*** Product demonstration at new & existing customers leading to sales growth* Conduct Laboratory testing relevant to customer requirement* Record, analyze, certify and prepare summaries of findings and maintain records of the results.* Troubleshoot to determine reasons for problems of complaints.* Provide technical support to customers /contractors on site.* Provide support to Sales team to conduct product sampling/ demonstration at site.* Stay abreast of market trends as well as changes in market and competitive landscape and initiate necessary actions* Capture & share periodic customer feedback on product performance* Periodic Engage with Sika authorized applicator base* Technical Product presentation at customer site/ office## Your Skills and Experience* BE / Diploma Civil Engineering.* Minimum 8 years of experience in Construction Systems.### Why Join UsWe offer competitive salaries, aligned with local market benchmarks and the specific scope and responsibilities of each role.
