Les Olson IT is looking for a highly creative, detail-oriented Creative Marketing Specialist to support and elevate our marketing efforts across multiple channels. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys wearing many hats, from graphic design and social media management to video editing and event support. If you're passionate about storytelling, visual communication, and creating engaging content that drives results, we'd love to meet you. What You'll Do Graphic Design & Brand Support Design compelling print and digital marketing materials including brochures, advertisements, flyers, mailers, email campaigns, and website graphics. Create promotional assets for events, campaigns, products, and technology solutions. Develop content for social media, internal communications, and web platforms. Prepare final artwork for print and digital production. Design business cards, promotional merchandise, trade show materials, posters, banners, and branded swag. Print, assemble, and frame KSL Weather Calendar winner photographs. Maintain and update the LOCIT Product Book as products and services evolve. Create and publish the annual company yearbook. Social Media Management Manage and grow Les Olson IT's presence across , Facebook, Instagram, and X. Create, schedule, publish, and monitor engaging content that highlights our products, services, culture, and community involvement. Manage executive social media accounts and strengthen professional brand visibility. Align social media strategy with website and marketing initiatives. Monitor trends, competitor activity, and performance metrics to continually improve engagement. Engage with followers and build meaningful online relationships. Video Content Creation & Editing Edit short-form video content for social media, including customer testimonials, product demonstrations, company highlights, and promotional campaigns. Enhance videos with captions, graphics, music, transitions, and motion elements. Optimize content for platform-specific performance and audience engagement. Ensure all video content aligns with brand standards and messaging. Events & Marketing Support Assist with trade shows, company events, and promotional activities. Coordinate marketing materials, signage, invitations, giveaways, and event collateral. Capture event photography and create event-related social media content when needed. Support material distribution and logistics to ensure successful event execution. External Marketing Collaboration Partner with outside marketing agencies and vendors as directed. Assist in developing promotional campaigns and distributing marketing content across digital and internal channels. Review, proof, and help maintain website content to ensure accuracy and consistency. Contribute ideas and creative input to support broader marketing initiatives. Additional Responsibilities Create and distribute monthly employee anniversary certificates. Edit and organize historical branch photography and content. Serve as the Salt Lake City Branch Historian. Develop marketing deliverables and assets for contracted initiatives and special projects. What We're Looking For Creative thinker with strong graphic design skills and a keen eye for detail. Experience with social media content creation and platform management. Working knowledge of video editing tools and best practices. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with multiple departments. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud or equivalent design software preferred.
