Litigation Docketing Specialist
Virtual Vocations Inc
Providing timely and accurate docketing coverage for nationally located offices, the full-time Litigation Docketing Specialist will assist in coordinating the docketing process, monitor inboxes for entries, and support attorneys and staff remotely. Key responsibilities Monitor office-specific inboxes for docketing entries and coordinate with senders Review litigation and business filings to determine deadlines and enter/update docket entries Produce docket reports and troubleshoot docket concerns while providing technical support to firm personnel Required qualifications Bachelor's degree with 2-4 years of docketing or relevant legal support experience Experience in a law firm preferred Functional knowledge of standard MS Office applications Strong command of the English language, including excellent spelling and grammar Working knowledge of litigation and business court filings
