Are you good on the phone, motivated by results, and comfortable asking for the sale?

You don't need healthcare experience to be successful in this role. We'll teach you the healthcare side — we're looking for the sales ability. Kubat HealthCare is looking for motivated, energetic Patient Resupply Sales Representatives to join our growing team.

This is a true inside sales position working with existing and eligible patients who may need replacement respiratory supplies. You'll spend your day connecting with patients by phone, identifying their needs, explaining available options, overcoming objections, following up, and asking for the order.

What You'll Do

• Make outbound calls to existing and eligible patients

• Build rapport and establish trust quickly over the phone

• Identify patient needs and recommend appropriate resupply options

• Handle routine objections and confidently ask for the order

• Follow up consistently with patients to turn opportunities into completed orders

• Work toward individual monthly sales and production goals

• Accurately document calls, orders, and follow-up activity

• Learn our products, systems, and processes through training and coaching

Who We're Looking For

• Other high-volume, goal-driven customer environments

Healthcare, DME, respiratory, CPAP, medical billing, and clinical experience are NOT required.

Compensation

Hourly base pay + individual performance incentives
