Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Associate to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at building relationships, and knows how to turn leads into deals. You’ll be working both inbound and outbound opportunities, guiding customers through the full sales cycle—from first contact to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound internet leads, phone calls, and showroom traffic

• Proactively follow up with prospects via call, text, and email

• Build rapport with customers and identify their needs

• Present vehicles, conduct test drives, and demonstrate value

• Manage the full sales process from initial contact to closing

• Maintain consistent follow-up with unsold leads

• Utilize CRM tools to track activity and pipeline

• Collaborate with BDC and management to maximize conversions

• Stay up to date on inventory, pricing, and market trends

Qualifications

• Previous automotive sales experience preferred (but not required for the right candidate)

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• High energy, self-motivated, and competitive mindset

• Comfortable working with CRM systems and digital tools

• Ability to handle high lead volume and multitask effectively

• Weekend availability required
