Medical Assistant -Front/Back office Urology

Central Az Urologists

Job Description

The ideal candidate will be prompt, detail-oriented, have a great work ethic, have excellent communication skills, as well as exceptional phone and computer skills.

Looking for someone who has both front and back-office experience to join our friendly office

An example of standard duties for this position are listed below:

-Direct Patient Contact

-Answer and direct phone lines

-Review messages with the physician

-Document within the EHR-Medtrio

- Schedule appointments

- Room Patients

-Injections

- Assist with Back office procedures

-Set up surgical trays

-vasectomy

-cystoscopy

-bladder scans

-urine dipsticks

-Surgery scheduling

-Prior Authorizations

-Catheter Changes

-Inventory

-bladder ultrasounds

-Chart prep- faxes, phones, and emails daily

SALARY DOE

Upon hire, you will need to provide your medical assistant certificate,

Must be able to bend, reach and lift 20 pounds
