We are currently looking for a Senior Insurance Defense Attorney to join our team! Here, you will: Defend clients in a wide variety of insurance matters: coverage disputes, bad faith claims, product liability, general liability, etc. Draft pleadings, briefs, motions, and discovery; take and defend depositions. Manage your caseload from intake through trial or resolution. Strategize case directions in consultation with senior partners. Handle litigation in both state and federal courts across Texas. Negotiate settlements, work with experts, prepare for mediation or arbitration, and see cases through trial when needed. Help mentor and train more junior attorneys Why join us?
