Global Pricing Operations Analyst - Services

Description The Services team at Apple provides customers around the world with access to an incredible collection of content and experiences across the App Store, Apple TV, Apple Music, games, Fitness+, News, Books, iCloud, and more. We are looking for a hard‑working and driven individual to join our global pricing operations team. The team is responsible for ensuring that the right content is available to customers for the right price and that partners (e.g., app developers, music labels) are paid accurately. You will be responsible for implementing pricing changes and configuring pricing for new product launches. Working closely with product, business, legal, and engineering teams, you will ensure that the customer and partner experience meets Apple’s exceptionally high standards while remaining contractually compliant. New product and feature launches New country expansions Special promotions and business development opportunities Price updates due to business strategy, movements in foreign exchange rates, and tax changes Partner payment updates due to contractual changes Internal tool and process improvements You will become an expert in how our pricing system works, understanding the sophisticated logic and calculations that it supports, and you’ll use that knowledge to find solutions, document them, and implement them. You will ensure that our system setups remain compliant with contractual obligations. Thoroughness and accuracy are critical to succeeding in this role. You will manage tasks related to pricing changes, ensuring a quality customer and partner experience. This includes managing customer and partner communications, informing internal Apple teams of changes, and reviewing partner contracts. The pricing team interfaces with many different functions, so you will need to build positive relationships and credibility across the organization. Other teams should view you as an expert in the pricing system and processes. As you grow, you should become a go‑to person for pricing questions. Due to the simultaneous nature of projects, you will need excellent time management and the ability to switch between tasks quickly. Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in auditing and accounting principles Knowledge of SQL Minimum Qualifications 5+ years of experience in an operational role prioritizing and managing projects with accuracy and attention to detail Desire to work in a hands‑on operational role Advanced knowledge and experience working in Excel Strong analytical skills and comfort working with spreadsheets Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or technical field (preferred) Pay & Benefits The base pay range for this role is between $137,500 and $250,700, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
