Budget & Resources: Manage program budgets, tools, and resource allocation to adapt to changing needs. Metrics & Liaison: Track performance metrics and serve as the main link between internal teams and external partners. People Management: Lead, mentor, and evaluate staff performance while handling overall team development. What Minimum Requirements You’ll Need Licensure / Certification / Registration: Project Mgmt Professional, preferred. Clinical Specialist. Clinical License preferred. Education: High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management.
