Key Account Leader

Required Skills & Experience Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent industry experience. 5+ years of experience in the pulp and paper industry, with a strong background in manufacturing or pulp production environments. Hands-on experience supporting or operating linerboard machines Strong technical aptitude with the ability to collaborate effectively across engineering, operations, and field service teams. Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills. Valid driver's license and an acceptable motor vehicle record required

Nice to Have Skills & Experience Prior experience as a people manager with demonstrated ability to develop and motivate employees.

Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Key Account Leader to lead commercial efforts within the paper market. This role is based in Toledo, Oregon. The successful candidate will be both a strategic sales leader and a hands-on people manager, overseeing a small technical support team.
