Physical Therapist

Encompass Health seeks a compassionate Physical Therapist to deliver evidence-based rehabilitative care in our inpatient and home-based settings. You will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide therapeutic interventions to restore function, mobility, and independence. Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary rehab team to ensure high-quality, patient-centered outcomes in a nurturing, dynamic environment. Responsibilities include patient and family education, accurate clinical documentation, participation in care conferences, and support of continuous quality improvement and professional development opportunities.
