Operations Manager

This role has 2 direct reports and approximately 225 indirect hourly. This is a hands-on out of the floor role coaching and mentoring front line leaders, helping with priorities and solving problems. This is a very fast paced plant with a fast turn of product from incoming raw materials to finished goods. Ideal candidates will have the following: Must have food or beverage manufacturing experience leading production operations Must have some Spanish speaking skills with a preference for Bilingual Spanish/English Must have a servant leadership style with a coaching and mentoring approach Strong grasp of how to drive Safety, Quality, Productivity, and Cost #J-18808-Ljbffr
