Make an impact in the lives of K-12 students by bringing your expertise as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to an engaging educational environment. This contract position starts August 2026 and runs through June 2027, offering the opportunity to support students with intensive needs. You’ll collaborate with teachers and support staff to implement individualized behavior intervention plans, helping students reach their full potential throughout the school year.

Key Qualifications:

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
• Prior experience in a school setting essential
• Familiarity with supporting students with intensive behavioral needs
• Strong communication and collaborative skills for working with educators, students, and families
• Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times

Responsibilities:

• Work full-time (32.5–37.5 hours per week) as part of a school-based team
• Implement evidence-based interventions under the supervision of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
• Support K-12 students with individualized behavior plans
• Collect accurate data and maintain detailed documentation of student progress
• Foster positive, supportive relationships with students and school staff
• Adapt strategies and interventions to meet the diverse needs of assigned caseloads
