What You'll Bring:

• Proven proficiency and independence in cardiac catheterization lab nursing, including assessment, planning, and evaluation.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with physicians, staff, and patients of varying backgrounds.
• Ability to problem solve and manage patient and family issues gracefully and professionally.
• Knowledge of the nursing process, medication administration, and patient advocacy principles.
• Commitment to maintaining clinical competency and up-to-date skills.

Nice to Have:

• Additional language skills to enhance patient interactions.
• Experience with hospital quality improvement initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in cardiac or Cath Lab nursing.
• Current RN license in NM (or applicable state).
• BLS and ACLS certifications required; Verbal CPI also necessary.

Additional Requirements:

• Willingness to travel and work the assigned shifts (4 days, 10 hours per day).
• Licensure, travel reimbursements, and certification reimbursements provided.
• Compliant with all hospital and department policies, including legal and safety protocols.
