BDC Representative

Responsibilities
- Manage and respond promptly to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Follow up on leads and schedule appointments to support the sales team.

- Work closely with sales and service departments to ensure customers have an excellent experience.
- Achieve performance targets to qualify for monthly bonuses.
