Role: Senior Producer, College Sports Company: Confidential Media Founding Team Location: Los Angeles, in office 3 days a week: Monday, Tuesday + Thursday Compensation: $12.5K to $14.6K per month, depending on experience Employment: 4 month contract to hire opportunity NOORI is partnering with a media company in Los Angeles to hire a Senior Producer who will help build and run a new weekly college sports show from the ground up. The show is being built for the way younger sports audiences consume content today across YouTube, streaming, podcasts + social. The goal is to combine the energy and credibility of great sports programming with the personality, speed and economics of modern creator media. This is a hands on production role for someone who can move between creative and execution. You’ll help shape the show itself while owning the weekly production across run of show, creator talent, crew, budget, schedule + live execution. You’ll also help navigate the college sports ecosystem, including footage rights, clearances and relationships across colleges, conferences and athletic departments. What you’ll do Own the weekly show from pre production through live execution Build the run of show, segments, recurring formats + overall weekly creative Produce a YouTube first show that also creates strong moments for clips, social + broader distribution Work closely with creator hosts on format, tone, segments + on camera chemistry Book and manage guests, contributors + any field talent Manage crew, production schedules, budgets, rehearsals + live show logistics Make real time production decisions and troubleshoot issues during the live showDevelop relationships with colleges, athletic departments, conferences + rights holders Stay current on college sports storylines, NIL, conference changes + media rights Work with the team to identify footage, highlights, archive + other assets needed each week Help shape how the show extends across YouTube, podcasts, streaming + social Identify strong moments from each episode for clips and short form distribution Help build the production systems + workflows needed to make the show consistent, efficient + scalable What We’re Looking For Strong production experience across sports TV, YouTube, streaming, podcasts or digital media Deep interest in sports, ideally college sports, with a strong understanding of the current landscape Experience producing live or fast turnaround programming week to week Strong creative instincts around segments, formats, talent + storytelling Experience building programming for YouTube or digital first audiences Understanding of how long form shows translate into clips, social + short form content Comfortable working with creator talent and building programming around personality driven hosts Experience managing crews, budgets, schedules + live production logistics Familiarity with sports footage rights, licensing, clearances + usage Existing relationships with colleges, conferences, athletic departments, leagues or rights holders are a major plus Understanding of NIL, college sports media rights + the changing college athletics landscape Comfortable operating in a lean environment and wearing multiple hats Resourceful, independent + solutions oriented Able to move quickly without sacrificing quality Strong communicator who keeps the team informed and can manage multiple stakeholders Excited to build something from scratch rather than inherit an established production machine Interview Process Introductory conversation with NOORI Interview with the hiring manager Additional conversation or work discussion as needed #J-18808-Ljbffr NOORI
