BrightStar Care is Hiring Personal Care Attendants (PCA) and Caregivers for Overnight Shifts! Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of others? Join the BrightStar Care team as a Personal Care Attendant (PCA) / Caregiver, where you'll provide compassionate, high-quality care to clients in the comfort of their homes. We specialize in assisting clients with their Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including toileting, hygiene, showering, companionship, and transportation.

Wages: $15–$17 per hour (paid Weekly) Now offering priority scheduling for Overnight Shifts! We are actively hiring Personal Care Attendants (PCAs) and Caregivers available for consistent overnight care. These positions are perfect for those looking for stability, 8-hour/12-hour shifts, and reliable weekly pay.

Overnight shift availability is highly valued—especially candidates willing to work overnight hours on weekends (11pm-7am, 7pm-7am and 6pm-6am). Locations: Summerlin, Southern Highlands, Spring Valley, Anthem, Boulder City, and Lake Las Vegas

Key Responsibilities:

• Light housekeeping and meal preparation
• Assisting with showers, personal hygiene, and bed baths
• Safe transfers using gait belts or Hoyer lifts
• Monitoring vital signs
• Providing toileting assistance, including briefs, urinals, and bedpans
• Delivering basic and advanced dementia care
• Helping with repositioning for comfort
• Transportation support

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Personal Care Attendant (PCA) / Caregiver
• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs
• Current driver's license and auto insurance
• Reliable transportation
• Valid physical and a negative 2-step TB test
• CPR and First Aid certifications
