Electrical Mechanical Technician
$25 per hourQuad
Quad in East Long Meadow is currently hiring an Electrical/Mechanical Technician who wants to make a difference!

The shifts are 12 hours: 8pm-8am. You do not switch shifts. Overtime is available.

Ideal candidate will be knowledgeable in the areas of Electrical and Mechanical maintenance, hydraulics and pneumatics, preventive maintenance, and follow company safety procedures. Candidate must be able to work compressed work week-- 12-hour night shifts, including, nights, and weekends.
Qualifications:
Must be a self-starter capable of working independently or as a team member. Prioritizing workload based on production needs. Must be willing to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
The ideal candidate will have:
An electrical/mechanical background in an industrial setting
Be familiar with 110/220/480v power.
Experience with troubleshoot, repair, perform predictive and preventive maintenance on high-speed production equipment.
Must have the ability to systematically solve problems experience with industrial preventative maintenance, AC/DC motors.
Basic computer skills.
Knowledge of standard machine shop equipment, mill, lath, welding, plumbing etc. is preferred.
Must have own hand tools.
Willingness to work 12-hour shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Follow all company Safety Policies and procedures.
Education and/or Experience:
High School/Trade school diploma or equivalent. Experience in industrial maintenance preferred.Minimum of 3years Electrical/Mechanical experience or equivalent combination of related experience and education required.
$25 - $40 per hour
