Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid and current Occupational Therapist licensure
• Experience in school-based settings, specifically with K-12 populations
• Proficiency with teletherapy platforms and comfort delivering virtual services
• Ability to design, implement, and monitor individualized therapy plans
• Strong communication and organizational abilities
• Dedication to fostering positive outcomes for students with diverse needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct virtual assessments and provide therapy sessions tailored to students' needs
• Collaborate with educational staff to set and revise IEP goals
• Document progress, maintain accurate records, and contribute to team meetings as necessary
• Advocate for accommodations or modifications to support student success
• Communicate regularly with families, answering questions and providing updates
