Job Details: Job Location: FL, Punta Gorda - Charlotte Correctional Institution - PUNTA GORDA, FL 33955 Position Type: Full-Time Education Level: Graduate Degree Job Shift: Day Job Category: Medical Physician & Advanced Practice Provider We are currently seeking a full-time Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team at the Charlotte Correctional Institution located in Punta Gorda, Florida. Responsibilities The Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant works under the supervision of a physician in a correctional environment and is responsible for assisting in the delivery of health care and patient care management. This includes collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, performing assessments, diagnosing patients, and medication management.
