Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced General Ultrasound Sonographer with recent OB ultrasound expertise to join our diagnostic imaging team. The candidate will perform a variety of high-quality ultrasound examinations, collaborating closely with physicians to deliver exceptional patient care in a rural Vermont setting.

Responsibilities:

• Perform 2nd- and 3rd-trimester OB ultrasound examinations independently, including fetal anatomy, growth, and biophysical profiles.
• Conduct general ultrasound procedures with proficiency, ensuring accurate and detailed imaging.
• Collaborate with physicians to interpret ultrasound results and facilitate diagnoses.
• Maintain detailed and accurate patient records, adhering to departmental protocols.
• Stay current with technical advances and maintain certifications to ensure compliance and excellence in imaging practice.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited ultrasound program.
• Current ARDMS and RVT certifications required.
• Recent OB ultrasound experience with demonstrated independence in 2nd- and 3rd-trimester imaging.
• Ability to perform fetal anatomy, growth, and biophysical profile studies autonomously.
• Excellent communication skills and team-oriented approach.
