Data Entry Clerk

In this role, you will help maintain company records, enter information into our computer systems, and ensure that important data is accurate and up to date. We value someone who is willing to learn, works well with others, and understands the importance of handling information with care.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter and update information in company databases, spreadsheets, and other computer systems.
• Review records to ensure information is accurate, complete, and properly organized.
• Identify and correct errors or missing information when necessary.
• Maintain both electronic and paper records in an orderly manner.
• Handle confidential company and customer information responsibly.
• Assist with preparing reports, filing documents, and other administrative tasks.
• Respond to requests for information from team members when needed.
• Meet daily deadlines while maintaining a high standard of accuracy.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure records are up to date.

Qualifications and Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, or similar programs.
• Good typing skills and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to organize information and manage time effectively.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn new systems and follow established procedures.
• A responsible attitude toward confidentiality and data protection.

Previous experience in data entry or office administration is an advantage, but candidates who are eager to learn and demonstrate the right skills are also encouraged to apply.
