Field Coordinator

Serving as the Superintendent's main point of contact for daily project needs, the full-time Regional Field Coordinator will manage equipment rentals, coordinate logistics for site facilities, and handle expense reporting and payroll processing in a remote capacity. Key responsibilities Order and track rental equipment, propane, portable toilets, and dumpsters while maintaining communication with superintendents Prepare and submit expense reports, per diem, and mileage reports while addressing any related issues with the MHS Expense team File and maintain all pertinent project documents and oversee the timely submission of timesheets and payroll information Required qualifications Experience in project coordination or field operations management Proficiency in managing logistics for equipment and facility rentals Familiarity with expense reporting and payroll processes Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to communicate effectively with multiple departments and personnel
