Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability. Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities. Foster strong relationships with customers, ensuring top-notch service and support throughout the sales process. Monitor sales performance metrics, preparing regular reports for senior management. Qualifications Proven experience as a sales manager in the home improvement industry. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in CRM software. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to motivate and inspire a team to reach their goals. Must have industry experience. Must reside in the Cincinnati, OH area.
