Production Operator
Do you have at least two years of recent manufacturing and assembly experience? Do you enjoy hands-on work, operating machinery, and working independently in a structured production environment? If so, this Production Operator opportunity could be a great fit.
Join a well-established manufacturer that produces high-quality tubing and cable products used in the military and aerospace industries. From protective rubber tubing that shields wiring to durable components designed for demanding applications, you'll help create products built for performance and reliability.
This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with a stable company that values dependable employees. You'll operate large industrial equipment, perform repetitive production work, and enjoy a high level of independence while working alongside an experienced, supportive team.

Production Operator Job Duties
- Assemble tubing and cable products according to production specifications
- Package finished products for shipment
- Reel materials onto spools
- Operate large industrial production equipment
- Perform repetitive manufacturing tasks while maintaining quality standards
- Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe
Schedule
- Weekend 1st: 6:00AM-6:30PM
- Weekend 2nd: 6:00PM - 6:30AM
- Graveyard: Sunday-Thursday: 10:00PM - 6:30AM
Pay
$25 per hour. Optional overtime is regularly available for those looking to earn additional income.
Production Operator Requirements
- At least 2 years of recent manufacturing or production experience
- At least 2 years of recent assembly or machine experience
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong work history with a record of reliability
