Heat Treater - 2nd Shift

We would not be able to achieve this without our world class team of dedicated and talented employees. We are currently looking for a Heat Treat professional to join our 2nd shift operation. Position As a Heat Treater, you are responsible for heat treating products as assigned, ensuring all products are heat treated to meet quality standards, with a focus on exceeding productivity standards. Heat Treaters at SPIROL are also responsible for assigned periodic maintenance tasks, and operate all equipment in compliance with OSHA requirements. Responsibilities As a Heat Treater, you will: Heat treat products as assigned to meet quality standards and productivity targets. Perform assigned periodic maintenance tasks on heat treating equipment. Operate equipment in compliance with OSHA requirements. Qualifications High School diploma (or equivalent). Demonstrated manufacturing experience. Heat treat experience preferred. Strong mechanical aptitude. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
