AV Taxi Rides is hiring an organized and motivated Appointment Setter to coordinate customer bookings, reservations, and service scheduling. This role plays a key part in maintaining efficient customer scheduling and supporting company growth.
Key Responsibilities- Schedule transportation appointments and ride reservations
- Confirm bookings and update customer information
- Make outbound and inbound calls regarding scheduling needs
- Coordinate with customers and dispatch teams
- Maintain accurate scheduling records
- Assist with service follow-ups and customer communication
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and phone skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Organizational and multitasking abilities
- Professional and friendly demeanor
$18 – $25 per hour
