What You'll Do Coordinate and manage the logistic of Weatherby's marketing events and tradeshows to support brand presence. Assist with campaign planning, advertising, and marketing promotions. Manage collateral orders and creative asset organization. Manage Weather's marketing orders that are for our trusted brand partners, media members, and guide/outfitter program. Support digital content and social initiatives as needed. Provide administrative and logistical support for the marketing team. Ensure that our Direct to Consumer orders flow from web team to shipping Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred. 1–2 years' experience in project coordination or marketing support. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe tools. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Ability to multitask and manage deadlines effectively. Accountabilities and Measures Meet goals assigned by the Marketing Manager during performance coaching. Deliver accurate, timely, and creative work products. Support process improvements and maintain documentation integrity. Physical Requirements Primarily sedentary with occasional standing, walking, stooping, or climbing. Vision abilities: close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception, focus adjustment. Occasionally lift/move up to 25 pounds. Work Environment Office setting with standard equipment.
