Remodel Team Lead- Stockton, CA

Signature Retail Services is seeking a hands-on Remodel Team Lead to oversee H-Frame racking maintenance projects within Big-Box home improvement store environments such as Lowe’s or Home Depot across our California markets. Apply today and start building your future with SRS!Pay Range: $23- $25/hr, based on experience.Key Responsibilities:Lead crews performing H-Frame racking inspections, maintenance, repairs, and component replacements.Assign and perform daily tasks, ensuring work is completed safely, accurately, and on schedule.Enforce OSHA, client, and company safety standards.Conduct daily safety meetings and maintain a safety-first culture.Perform hands-on maintenance and repair work as needed.Monitor project quality and communicate progress updates to leadership.Maintain accurate project reporting and documentation while communicating project progress, challenges, and successes with store leadership, SRS team members, and internal stakeholders.Train and coach team members on safety procedures, quality standards, and project execution best practices.Travel weekly to project locations throughout the assigned territory.Additional duties and responsibilities may be assigned by management as needed to support business operations and project objectives.Minimum Qualifications:Must be 21 years of age or older and authorized to work in the U.S.Proof of a valid driver’s license and active auto insurance.Reliable personal vehicle for travel throughout the region, including drives of up to 6 hours to support project needs.Prior leadership experience in retail construction/ remodel, fixture installation, warehouse racking, or related environments.Ability to read project plans, planograms, and project instructions.Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.A working smart phone with call, text, email, and reporting capabilities.Comfortable performing physically demanding work, including standing, walking, bending, climbing, and lifting 50+ pounds throughout the shift.Comfortable working at heights and in varying indoor and outdoor environments.Previous forklift experience and OSHA forklift certification are highly desirable but not required.What We Offer:Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance401(k) with Company MatchPaid Time Off (PTO) and Paid Sick Leave (in accordance with California law)Paid TrainingCompany-Paid Travel (Hotel, airfare, rental car, tolls during travel)Paid Drive Time and Mileage ReimbursementCell Phone ReimbursementDaily Per Diem While TravelingCareer Growth and Advancement Opportunities!About US: Signature Retail Services (SRS) provides fixture installation, remodel, merchandising, and maintenance solutions for some of the nation's largest home improvement brands.
