ResponsibilitiesLeadership & Delivery Lead, coach, and develop a team of Recruiting Coordinators/SchedulersSet performance expectations, manage workload distribution, and ensure consistent executionScale team capabilities to meet evolving business needsOperational Excellence Own end‑to‑end scheduling and coordination operations across the hiring lifecycleEstablish and manage key metrics (e.g., speed, quality, data accuracy)Standardize processes, tools, and documentation to drive consistency and efficiencyIdentify opportunities for continuous improvement based on data and stakeholder feedbackCandidate Experience & Planning Ensure a high‑quality, consistent candidate experience across all interactionsManage interviewer capacity, readiness, and load balancingPartner with recruiting leadership to forecast demand and align resourcesSystems, Data & Process Optimization Optimize TA systems (ATS, scheduling tools, automation) to enable scaleEnsure data integrity and reporting accuracy across all recruiting systemsImplement streamlined, tech‑enabled workflows to reduce friction and manual workEvents & Logistics Oversee planning and execution of recruiting events and career fairsManage logistics, materials, and vendor coordination to ensure operational readinessCompliance & Data Privacy Ensure adherence to recruiting policies, regulatory requirements, and audit standardsMaintain the integrity, security, and proper handling of candidate data across systems and vendorsPartner with Legal, HR, and IT to support compliant and privacy‑aligned recruiting processesQualificationsRequiredBachelor’s degree10+ years professional experience post academics You have experience managing a team in recruiting operations, HR operations, or a coordination‑heavy function.You bring proven leadership skills and know how to coach, motivate, and develop people.You excel at organization, prioritization, and problem‑solving.You bring expertise in leveraging and optimizing ATS or scheduling platforms.
