Assistant Manager, Physical Security

Manage, develop, implement, and maintain the Security Access card, Security Key, and Emergency Preparedness programs Supervise Security Access Control Specialists Manage day-to-day activities of security access card and key programs Monitor and respond to card and key access control issues Oversee distribution of keys, access cards, and equipment to authorized users Coordinate service issues related to alarms, card access, and Kaba locks Provide backup for billing and invoicing management for Security Projects and Systems Coordinate visitor and vendor access movement and event coordination Facilitate emergency evacuation drills Oversee video user and access management Implement and maintain the Kaba Mas Lock Program and troubleshoot lock issues Generate departmental card/key access and audit reports for the Physical Security Manager Review COOP plans, security Blue Book, policies, procedures, roadmap, and vendor contracts with security leadership Draft monthly board reports Ensure incident reports are completed, logged, and sent to the manager Participate in branch security safety and training development Perform other duties as assigned Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Security, Criminal Justice, Business Administration, or related field Alternatively, four years' experience in the corporate security field or law enforcement business administration, including at least two years in a supervisory/management role Clear and effective communication skills Ability to remain calm and react appropriately in an emergency situation Strong written communication skills Proficiency in end user computer technologies Valid driver's license Acceptable and insurable driving record Must complete pre-employment and random drug testing Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in managing security access programs, including the implementation and maintenance of access control systems and emergency preparedness protocols.
