Designer- Athleisure
24 Seven Talent
Seeking an experienced Designer for a growing athleisure division of a fashion client located near City of Industry, CA. This role focuses on women's active and athleisure design, from concept through product development, in a fully onsite environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Partner with sales on private label accounts and execute graphics for co-branded programs
• Analyze sales trends and apply forecasting insights to support retail partner needs
• Prepare color and style CADs each season while designing to target cost expectations
• Communicate daily with factory partners on fabric and trim sourcing, development, tech packs, and approvals
• Manage sample timelines and ensure readiness for key appointment deadlines
• Review prototypes and participate in fit sessions alongside the technical design team
Qualifications • Minimum 5 years of design experience in women's active/athleisure
• Strong team player with excellent time management, communication, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, Excel, and PowerPoint
