The Solutions Analyst is responsible for engaging with stakeholders, both internal and external, to understand their business needs and translating those needs into well-defined functional requirements that guide the design and enhancement of technical solutions.This role builds trust with stakeholders, leads requirements elicitation, supports solution design, creates functional and process documentation, and collaborates with internal technical teams to ensure successful delivery. This is a required part of your application.*****Key Responsibilities:*** Build trust and with stakeholders and consult on technical solutions.* Lead requirements gathering and documentation.* Analyze client data and design data transformation processes.* Create functional specifications and data flow documentation.* Collaborate with software and platform engineers on solution designs to ensure business requirements are met.* Present solutions to stakeholders and manage iterative refinement of requirements.* Define project tasks, contribute to effort estimation, and support project tracking.* Develop and maintain key relationships with all impacted business areas.* Perform user acceptance and regression testing for all assigned projects.* Identify risks, issues, and recommended alternatives.* Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues as needed.**Skills and experience required:*** Requires deep understanding of business processes, data flows, functional specification design, and relational databases.* Must be able to interpret complex client data, design data load and campaign processes, and create clear, standards-based functional specifications.* Tactical affinity for understanding, developing, and communicating business processes.* An analytical mindset coupled with the ability to understand the true business needs behind requests.* Experience designing processes that run very efficiently on large, relational databases.* Excellent critical thinking skills as well as the ability to take ownership of problems and follow through to resolution.* Self-directed with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.* Patience with steep learning curve.**Domestic & General are an equal opportunities employer which means we treat people fairly.
